Returns
At Lucenza we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer you the opportunity to return your products within 14 days of receipt .
Return conditions :

The product must be unused , undamaged and returned in its original packaging .

Fragrances and wax melts that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
How do you return a product?

Please contact us by email lucenzacandles@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.

Please pack the products carefully and send them to the returns address we will provide you.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount to your payment method within 7 working days .
Return costs :
The costs for returning are at your own expense , unless the product is damaged or defective. We advise you to use a traceable shipping method for your return shipment to prevent loss of the package.
